Individual and Group Classes

We offer flexible class options to accommodate individuals and groups:

  • Individual classes: One-on-one instruction tailored to your learning pace

  • Small group classes: Perfect for couples or small groups of friends

  • Large group classes: Ideal for team building, celebrations, or group learning experiences

All class times and pricing are displayed during the online booking process. Please review the details carefully before completing your reservation.

Multi-Day Classes

Some of our specialized courses span multiple sessions across three different days. For multi-day classes:

  • You will book the first session through our online booking system

  • Our staff will schedule the remaining two sessions with you during your first visit

  • All three sessions must be completed to receive the full course experience

  • The calendar will automatically block your scheduled sessions to ensure availability

Multi-day courses comprise three sessions totaling 3 hours of instruction.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. To balance flexibility with our ability to serve all customers, we have implemented the following policy:

One-Time Courtesy Change

Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule or cancellation. You may:

  • Reschedule your appointment to a different date and time, subject to availability

  • Cancel your appointment for any reason

Policy Terms

  • Your one-time change must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

  • After using your one-time courtesy change, subsequent cancellations or reschedules will not be permitted

  • If you cannot attend after exhausting your courtesy change, no refund will be issued

  • This policy helps us reduce repeated cancellations and ensures calendar slots remain available for all customers

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us in advance, this will be considered a no-show. No refund or credit will be issued for no-show appointments.

Payment Methods

We accept payment at the time of booking through our secure online system. Payment confirms your reservation and holds your spot in the class.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available except when using your one-time courtesy cancellation

  • If you cancel using your one-time courtesy change, you will receive a full refund

  • After your one-time courtesy change has been used, all payments are final and non-refundable

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or incomplete multi-day courses

Gift Certificates

Purchasing Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase both online and in-store:

  • Virtual gift certificates: Available in denominations of $50, $100, and $150

  • Physical gift cards: Available for purchase in-store with preloaded amounts or variable load options

  • After purchasing online, you will receive a printable certificate page with customizable "To" and "From" fields

Redeeming Gift Certificates

Important: Gift certificates cannot be redeemed online. To use a gift certificate:

  1. Call us to redeem your gift certificate

  2. Our staff will record your certificate details and schedule your appointment

  3. Please have your gift certificate number ready when you call

This process ensures proper tracking and helps us provide the best possible service during your visit.

Gift Certificate Terms

  • Gift certificates do not expire

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable

  • Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced

Tipping at Checkout

Gratuity is appreciated but never required. If you would like to show your appreciation for excellent instruction, you may add a tip during the checkout process.

Standard gratuity options include:

  • 15%

  • 20%

  • Custom amount

Tips are shared with the instructors who make your class experience exceptional.

Class Participation

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled class. Late arrivals may result in reduced instruction time

  • All participants must follow instructor guidance and safety protocols

  • We reserve the right to remove participants who disrupt the class experience for others

Pricing

All pricing is subject to change. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of booking. We honor the price confirmed in your booking confirmation.
